today when my 2 malaysian chinese customer was paying for their bills .mary reminded me to ask them to write feedback . i passed them de feedback form . that female customer kept feed back that our air con dont so cold . then i kept replied we cant control de temperature . haha . cute la she . in the end they didnt write their feedback . awhile later , she came back and walked towards me . and said , where is de feedback form that i showed her just now . me and lousie laughed . she wrote " good customer service . polite . " :) she looked at my name tag and wrote my name . she also asked that who will see de form . i replied boss . and she laughed , she kept laughing while writing . cute man . and she is none other than miss chuiyin . the indian guy i mentioned in my previous post is none other than mr bhasith . thanks loads . hehe :)
